QUICK TV SET UP SHEET
STEP 1: Plug in the power supply cord
STEP 2: Extend out the antenna to the maximum length
STEP 3: Switch the power output to "on", located on the side panel
STEP 4: Press “Menu” and then press the right arrow four times and select the satellite icon
STEP 5: On this window you will see “Antenna." Make sure you select "Air"
STEP 6: While on this same window, press the down arrow to "auto scan"
STEP 7: Press the right arrow twice. You will see the TV starting to scan for digital channels. Note: do not move the TV during this process
STEP 8: Once completed, the set up screen will automatically appear
STEP 9: Press “Menu” again, and then press the right arrow four times
STEP 10: Select "Auto Scan" to add the channels. Press the right arrow twice to start this process
*Once completed, your TV will be set up to receive digital signals
*TV is portable, but must be stationary to receive broadcast signal

QUICK TV SET UP SHEET
STEP 1: Plug in the power supply cord
STEP 2: Attach a cable or antenna for video source
STEP 3: Using the remote, press the “Power” button
STEP 4: Using the remote, press “Menu”
STEP 5: Press the down arrow on the remote to select “Channels.” Once “Channels” is selected, press “Enter” on the remote
STEP 6: While on the sub menu “tuning band”, select either “Air” (if using an antenna) or “cable” depending on your set up configuration.
STEP 7: Next, select “Auto Channel Search” and press enter on your remote. You will notice the TV is scanning for channels.
**Note: you have about 5 seconds to make a selection before the screen disappears. In case this does happen, repeat Step 5 again.
STEP 10: If no channels are found during your search, your TV signal is not strong enough.

Unless the universal remote control has an IR learn function, you will not be able to use it . There is no code available
Depends on type of product, frequency of usage, and last but not least, make sure you use only brand new batteries for Supersonic products. For a specific model, please refer to the product specs that can be found on our website.
If you remove the batteries from the battery compartment, you will see a small switch; switch this to the ‘ON’ position to recharge the batteries. If you are using non-rechargeable batteries, please be sure to place the switch back in the ‘OFF’ position.
Attach a USB cable from a USB port on your computer to the mini USB input on the bottom of your mp3 player.
If you are using Windows XP or Vista, make sure that the player is in the Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) mode. This can be done by pressing the M button. This button is located on the top of your mp3 player. Open Windows Media Player 10 or 11 and follow the directions for transferring (synchronizing) music.
If you have Windows Media Player 9 on your XP machine, upgrade to Windows Media Player 10 or 11. This can be done by visiting www.windowsmediaplayer.com.
If you are using Windows 98SE, Windows ME, or Windows 2000, you will only be able to transfer music using the USB transfer mode. Open Windows Media Player 9, and follow the directions for transferring (synchronizing) music.
If you have version 9 on Windows 98SE or Windows ME, you will need to visit the Download Center for updated drivers.
If you are using Windows XP or Vista with Windows Media Player 11, you will need to follow these instructions.
Note: You will be able to download purchased/subscribed songs to the unit.
- Start Windows Media Player 11 and then connect your unit to your computer. If you have not set up synchronization between your computer and this device, the Device Setup Wizard starts.
- In Device Setup - Configure Sync, write a name for your mp3 player.
- Click Finish. The window closes and the Sync feature in the Player is displayed.
- Select the Library option. On the right pane select Sync List.
- From the left pane you can select the Play List or Library and you will see the content songs in the center pane.
- Select the songs form the center pane, drag-n-add them to the Sync List.
Click the Start Sync button on the Sync List pane. - Repeat steps 4-7 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.
If you are using Windows XP with Windows Media Player 10, you will need to follow these instructions.

Note: You will not be able to download purchased/subscribed songs using Windows Media Player 9 to this unit. You need Windows XP with Windows Media Player 10 to do that. You will be able to download regular MP3/WMA songs.
- Start Windows Media Player 9 and then connect your unit to your computer.
- Click Copy to CD or Device
- In the Items to Copy pane, in the drop-down list, click the play list, category, or other items that you want to copy.
- Clear the check boxes next to any filed you do not want to copy.
- In the Items on Device pane, in the drop-down list, click the device that you want to copy files to.
- Click the Copy button.
- Repeat steps 2-5 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.
Check to see that the HOLD switch is not turned to the locked position. If so, adjust the HOLD switch to the unlocked position. The HOLD switch is located on the top of your player. Also, check to see that the files you are attempting to transfer are in either the MP3 or WMA format.
You may be receiving an error message if you are playing a copy protected music file. This may occur when you are loading a music file into your mp3 player that has either been corrupted or it was incompatible to play on your device.
Certain mp3 players can sometimes only play downloaded music from certain downloading services. Part of the agreement with some downloadable music services can be that even the music that you have purchased can only be used by a certain number of computers. Another limitation could be the number of times a music file can be transferred to certain authorized devices. Check with your music download provider about possibly updating or restoring music licenses for purchased MP3s or WMAs.
Another source of error might be come from the version of Windows Media Player you are using. If you are using version 9 or an earlier version, you will not be able to transfer purchased songs or songs that are being sampled as part of a subscription. To remedy this, upgrade to Windows Media Player 10.
The unit is cable ready. Please change the setting in the menu options to CTV.

Yes, you can connect via Ethernet; you will need to use a special Ethernet adapter and an OTG cord to connect to your Home router. Best way to connect to the Internet is via Wi-Fi connectivity. Please check with your Internet service provider on how to setup a Wi-Fi connection in your home. If you do not have a Wi-Fi network at home, you can access Wi-Fi hotspots at many public places, like cafés, airports, hotels, bookstore etc.
Authentication error when trying to connect to your Wi-Fi is normally an issue with a password "error". The router/modem is not recognizing the password that was typed in for access. You may need to confirm you are using the correct password by contacting your service provider. Make sure to check the box for "Show Password" so that you can see what has been typed in and if it is correct.
For some airlines, Wi-Fi is provided (Fees may be associated). Airlines will typically let you use Wi-Fi above a certain altitude. Please check with your airline(s) for details. When you connect to the airline's hotspot, You will be prompted and redirected to the Web browser on your tablet.
