Supersonic Inc. warrants their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase.

Should service be necessary for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the 90 day warranty period, Supersonic will repair or replace at its discretion the defective merchandise at no charge upon delivery of the product with pre-paid freight to the address listed below with a copy of proof of purchase date. Before returning the merchandise for service, verify that the batteries (if unit is DC operated) are in proper working condition. Weak or defective batteries are common causes of problems encountered.

Should service be required:

1. Remove Batteries (if applicable) and carefully pack the unit along with it’s accessories in the original carton
2. Enclose copy of proof of date of purchase
3. Ship unit via UPS or Parcel Post Insured to the address below
4. Include your appropriate handling charges

NOTE:

Warranty does not cover the following:

1. Units that have been misused or damaged by accident
2. Units that have been repaired or altered by persons other than Supersonic Inc. or Authorized Service Stations
3. Damage caused by leaking batteries

Any applicable implied warranties including warranty of merchant’s ability are limited in duration to a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase at retail and no warranties, whether expressed or implied shall apply to this product thereafter. Under no circumstance shall Supersonic Inc. be liable by any loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of use of, or inability to use the product.
